Well I would like to begin off with a disclaimer and say I am not a medical professional but more of a beauty influencer! Now that we have that out the way, let me start by saying that if you are thinking about getting any type of surgery to enhance your beauty. You should really consider the dangers of changing the ways you look through surgery. There are so many natural alternatives to achieve the same look. We have been so brainwashed with the way the media presents food to us that we do not even care what is in it. Even when they try to tell you what the ingredients are, sometimes it is to distract you from what is really in it. So all in all, read the labels of everything you consume. If you do not know what the ingredients mean then research it. Everyone has access to the world wide web, the internet, where it could help you make conscious decisions. do not allow the media to influence you into bad eating habits.

The newer generations of children are definitely getting more lazier. The future of technology is what’s keeping our kiddos sitting in the same spot everyday. We, as adults, have to instill in them early the importance of exercising or we would be putting their lives at risk for poor health. Did you know that In the United States, the number of children with obesity has continued to rise over the past two decades. Obesity in childhood poses immediate and future health risks. Our school system cannot be in charge of making sure our children receive physical education.
