NYC drug injection sites

When I see this subject trending, I had to stop what I was doing to talk about. They have built two supervised illegal drug injection sites in Manhattan, in the neighborhoods of East Harlem and Washington Heights. They say it’s to control addicts from overdosing, which could be understandable if the statistics show that the number of overdoses is high. The main concept I want to know is why now should a drug addict that purchased these drugs illegally go somewhere authorized by the city of New York to use when in fact, proven documents show that the CIA strategically placed the drugs there in those neighborhoods decades ago?

Now this might sound like a loaded question, but we also as the people deserve a straight unloaded answer. Of course, they are going to hide facts from the public. I believe that there is an underlying factor behind this. I also have a question for the residents of New York, “where did the funds for these facilities come from?” Did the city take budget cuts or are the residents tax dollars being used to fund such a thing? What will the city do if no one uses these facilities? Will they force addicts into these places to use their products? There are so many questions to something new like this.

I am aware that they want to make the neighborhoods safer but they also have to eliminate the issue that started it all. I will continue to observe the details of these developments and closely watch the facilities for the outcome. Check back later for an update by following this post.
